The British Columbia College of Social Workers (the College) hereby notifies registrants, applicants for registration and the public, of amendments to the Bylaws of the College relating to the Meetings of a committee or panel to clarify potential ambiguity and to address section referencing errors, made under section 8 of the Social Workers Act.
These amendments as noted below were made following careful consideration, review and approval of by the College Board on 22 September 2025 and will come into force after a public notice period of 14 days, on 7 October 2025.
