You can reset your password by clicking the ‘Forgot Your Password’ button on the login page. You will receive an automated email from Alinity in response to your request with the subject ‘Reset your Alinity Password’. Click the link provided in the email to reset your password.
If you don’t receive an email, please check your Junk/Spam folder and ensure you are using the email that you have registered with BCCSW.
