The ethical conduct and decision-making; cultural satety, cultural humility, and anti-discriminatory practice; and Indigenous-specific and anti-Indigenous racism and discrimination learning are required learning areas. These overarching learning areas are not the goals themselves; registrants must develop their own specific goals within each of these three learning areas that are relevant to their own area of practice and professional development. The minimum required hours for each of these required learning areas are separate from the 31 general learning hours which together equal the minimum 40 hours of continuing professional development needed per CPD cycle.
