Verification of Registration/Licensure Forms
Registration/Licensure verification forms are required for any applicant who is or has been registered with any professional regulatory body. The top link below is for applicants who are or have been registered as a social worker in another jurisdiction. The bottom link is for applicants who are or have been registered in another profession. Examples include teaching, nursing, and law. Completed forms must be sent directly from the regulatory body to the BC College of Social Workers.
